Lawrence Goodman is the President of the Center for Financial Stability, a think tank based in New York devoted to studying financial markets for the benefit of investors, officials, and the public. He was previously Managing Director and Global Head of Emerging Market Strategy at Bank of America as well as director of Quantitative Policy Analysis at the United State Treasury.
