<p>Rory grew up in San Francisco, graduating from Pomona College in 2006 with a B.A. in Philosophy Politics, and economics. He just finished a joint J.D./M.P.P. at Georgetown University.  He has worked in a variety of policy capacities since coming to Washington, D.C, including interning for Speaker Nancy Pelosi and at the Federal Legislation and Administrative Clinic at Georgetown Law.</p>
<p>David Barnes</p>
<p>David is a Senior Policy Analyst at e21:  Economic Policies for the 21st Century, a new nonpartisan organization dedicated to economic research and innovative public policies.  He is also Deputy Director of e21’s ObamaCare Watch project—a website focused on monitoring implementation of President Obama’s newly passed health care law.  David was previously Deputy Research Director and Senior Domestic Policy Analyst at the Republican National Committee.  Originally from Chicago, he received a B.A. in philosophy from Yale.</p>
